Could be better for the money

Look, these folks clearly know what they're doing, and the program itself is written very well, but for $47 a month I'm expecting a bit more than just a screenshot of the week's workouts in an email that I had to ask for each week. I don't understand why they can't upload these workouts onto an app that lets us plug in our weights and maxed etc. like I said, programming wise a lot of it makes sense and will at least give you good ideas, though certain days were a bit high volume on certain things..asking for 25 total pullups and 3 sets chest supported rows following a series of hang snatches, hang cleans/jerks, and then heavy deadlifts is maniacal. Certain days were a lot of fun. But yea I just wish the workouts were on an actual app, not a weekly screenshot. Especially not one that we have to constantly bug them for to get the weekly email.

Supertotal is totally super....

Life long athlete here, D1 throws. Did super total curated by my S&C coach from college for ever. Really decent program. I got sick of it though recently and went on the search for a program. That does Olympic lifting with bench squat and deadlift. Harder to find than I thought. I stumbled on supertotal and customer service was on point from the start. I wanted to just see it first, so they emailed me a free week. I did the workouts and it was really similar to my old program. That was enough for me to pull the trigger.

I just made it to my 6th week and I'm noticing actual gains, which is nice because I had plateaued on my old program. It's a really nice mix of technical and power work, and workouts take an average of 45 minutes (just the program, not including any warm ups or anything else.) volume is really reasonable too. I could see why some people think this workout is too hard, it's a full body workout every day. But a functional athlete should find these fun and rewarding.

Currently I'm mixing this program with knees over toes guy to work on ROM. Just in the first month, my snatch has gotten much better. Looking forward to creeping up to my college PRs on this program. It was exactly what I needed.

Good program

Program is good, volume is too intense however.
